Ingredients
- ½ cup wild rice
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 small red bell pepper, diced small
- 2 tbsps ginger, grated
- 1 ½ cups green cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup chickpeas, cooked
- 1 bunch green onions (white and green parts) thinly sliced
- 3 tbsps cilantro, chopped
- salt and ground pepper to taste
