Spicy Meatballs
These spicy meatballs are always a hit when entertaining, the chilli turns a family favourite into a adult spicy treat, while the sambal dipping sauce is sure to separate the boys from the men.
Cook ahead and reheat when your guests arrive.

Ingredients
- 1 onion (Large)
- 2 red chillies (Seeded)
- 2 cloves garlic ()
- 1 tbsp coriander seed
- 1 tsp cumin seed
- 450 g minced beef
- 2 tsps brown sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 lemon (Juiced)
- 1 egg (Beaten)
- vegetable oil (For shallow frying)
- salt & pepper
- 1 green chilli (To garnish)
- 2 red chillies (To garnish)
- chilli sambel (To serve)
