Roasted Chickpeas
This is a great healthy snack, that just happens to go so well with beer! It is also great as an added crunch to a salad.
The great thing about this snack is you can add whatever favour takes your fancy, I love paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper and salt. But sometimes I add garlic powder, lemon zest or cumin.
This dish is so quick, take it to work as a lunchbox snack.

- 400 g canned chickpea
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
