Pre gym snack time! These little balls are super easy to make and give you a little boost before hitting the gym.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Rolled Oats
  • ¼ cup LSA Mix
  • ⅔ cup Shredded Coconut
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • ⅓ cup Honey
  • 2 tbsps Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla

Instructions

    In bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.

    Roll mixture into 3cm balls, this should give you about 12 balls in total.

    Add balls onto a large tray with baking paper and refrigerate until firm (at least ).

    Balls last up to 1 week if refrigerate in a air tight container.
