It is hard to believe that summer is just two weeks away, as a result we're busy building our BBQ repertoire. To help aid ideas I've been busy looking at all my saved recipes on my Feedly feed, checking out the American bloggers BBQ ideas from their summer a few months ago and that's how I found this recipe.

This lemon dijon BBQ chicken is amazing; moist, tangy and has a bit of a punch. I've had this chicken sliced up into a salad, eaten it straight off the BBQ with some veggies and included it into the most tasty toasted sandwich.

As the days get warmer, we'll be making this chicken recipe more and more.

  • 1 tablespoon Extra Light Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
