Guacamole

The fat content of avocado is incredibly healthy for a baby’s growing brain and body – so much so – it should be one of baby’s first foods. It’s also a perfect finger food as it is soft and not a choking hazard. However, avocados can be spiced up and enjoyed by everyone!

This guacamole recipe is one of my family’s favorite for alongside any meal and/or as a dip.

  • ½ teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne or Chili Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro (chopped) ((optional))
  • 1 Tomato (chopped) ((optional))
