Guacamole
The fat content of avocado is incredibly healthy for a baby’s growing brain and body – so much so – it should be one of baby’s first foods. It’s also a perfect finger food as it is soft and not a choking hazard. However, avocados can be spiced up and enjoyed by everyone!
This guacamole recipe is one of my family’s favorite for alongside any meal and/or as a dip.

Ingredients
- 8 Ripe Avocado
- 1 Lemon or Lime juiced
- 2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Ground Coriander
- ½ teaspoon Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne or Chili Powder
- 2 tablespoons Cilantro (chopped) ((optional))
- 1 Tomato (chopped) ((optional))
