Crockpot Butternut Squash

Crockpot butternut squash frees up your oven for other dinner duties and won’t heat up the whole house. It is also rediculously simple and produces a moist final product.

Ingredients

  • 1 Butternut Squash
  • Filtered Water ((½ inch in crockpot))

Instructions

Keep screen awake

    Remove the stem and slice the squash lengthwise.

    Scoop out the seeds and place lengthwise in the slow cooker.
  • 3
    Add 1/2 inch filtered water in the crockpot.
  • 4
    Cover, and cook on high for 2–. Check occasionally and add a little more water if needed.
  • 5
    Remove the squash from the remaining liquid and scoop out the soft squash from the skin.
