Cilantro Mint Chutney
Simple, FLAVORFUL Cilantro Mint Chutney- a delicious accompaniment to Indian food- Somosas, Frankies, Dosa, Kabobs, Rice or Naan. Can be made in 5 minutes flat! Vegan adaptable.
Ingredients
- ½ cup yogurt (** coconut or soy yogurt / silken tofu)
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 cup packed mint leaves
- 1 med sliced jalapeno
- 2 tsps sliced ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- ¼-½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp sugar ((or alternative like honey, palm suger))
- water-one tablespoon (just to help blender)
