Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • ½ cup dark chocolate
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder
  • ¼ cup ground flax seed
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • ⅔ cup honey

Instructions

    Fill a skillet with water, and heat to just below simmering. Break the chocolate up and place it in a glass bowl. Place the glass bowl in the water. Gently and constantly stir the chocolate while keeping the water below simmering until melted and remove from water.

    Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well.

    Roll the ingredients into a ball and place on parchment paper.

    Put the balls in the freezer to keep.
