Batata Harra
Batata Harra is a great Middle Eastern potato dish with coriander, garlic and onion. It is often served a appetiser or a side.
We parboil the potatoes and then roast them, rather than frying them. They are so tasty, full of flavour and a bit different to your standard potato side.
Ingredients
- 1 kg potato (2 cm cubed)
- 3 tbsps olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (Crushed with a pinch of salt)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- ½ tsp ground chilli
- 4 tbsps fresh coriander (Chopped)
- 1 tsp dried coriander seed
- salt (to serve)
- sumac (to serve)
