Watercress Sauce

Great served with seafood appetizers.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ c. packed leaves watercress
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 ½ tbsps lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ c. mayonnaise
  • ¼ c. sliced green onion

Instructions

Keep screen awake

    Put sauce ingredients into food processor/blender & blend well.

    Chill.
