Ingredients

  • ½ cup Carrot
  • ½ cup Beans
  • ½ cup Peas
  • ½ cup Babycorn
  • 200 gms Paneer
  • 2-3 small Tomato
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 4 Red chillies dried
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1-2 Cardomom
  • 1-2 Cloves
  • 1-2 Bay leaf
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • ½ cup Fresh Cream
  • 2tbspn Butter
  • 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
  • 1-2 tsps Cashew
  • 1-2 tsps Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1-2 tsps Red chilli powder
  • 1-2 tsps Garam Masala

Instructions

    Add Oil to pan and add the spices, red chillies dried cut, cashews and saute. Add Onions and saute. Add ginger garlic paste. Add tomatoes Chopped and saute with 1 cup water for . Allow this to cool and blend to a mixture.

    In same pan add butter and bay leaf and saute. Add Vegetables and stir fry in butter for (add little water if needed). Add the blended mixture to the pan and saute. Keep steering for about by closing with lid slightly. Keep steering in between till gravy becomes thick.

    Add little water to the gravy and add chopped green chillies, red chillie powder and mix. After add panneer and mix for . Add salt, cream and garam masala and mix well. Cook till done. Note: Add little food color if needed and add red chillie powder and salt as required.
