Ingredients
- 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
- 6-8 oz grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1-2 tbsps olive oil
- 28 oz crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsps Italian seasoning
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 pinch baking soda ((to neutralize the acid))
- 20 oz refrigerated tortellini
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
- ΒΌ c Parmesan cheese, grated
