- 3-4 Eggs (beaten for dipping)
- ⅔ cup Flour
- ⅓ cup Bread crumbs (Or use Panko crumbs)
- ⅔ cup Coconut (shredded)
- 1 can Coconut Cream
- 1 Zest Lime
- 1 Tbls. Lime Juice
- 1 dash Salt & Pepper
- 1 tsp Cilantro
- ⅓ cup Coconut
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 Tbls. Thai Chili Hot Sauce
