Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef (Sliced)
  • 10 Rice papers
  • 1 Capsicum (Sliced)
  • 1 Onion (Diced)
  • 4 spring onions (Chopped)
  • ¼ cup Hoisin sauce
  • 2 table spoons Chili sauce
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 table spoons soy sauce
  • 1 table spoon rice wine vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 300 g Mung beans
  • Vermicelli Noodles

    Make the sauce. Mix Hoisin sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce, rice wine, honey, chopped garlic and ground ginger in a cup.

    Add capsicum and onion to a fry pan over a high heat for . Add sliced beef and cook for 2 more minutes. Add sauce and cook for until it starts to thicken. As an option add mung beans with to go.

    Eat wrapped in rice paper rolls with a sweet chili / fish sauce dip. (3 parts sweet chili to 1 part fish sauce)
