- 1 Onion (Diced)
- 4 spring onions (Chopped)
- ¼ cup Hoisin sauce
- 2 table spoons Chili sauce
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 table spoons soy sauce
- 1 table spoon rice wine vinegar
- ½ tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 300 g Mung beans
- Vermicelli Noodles
