Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 2-3 chicken breasts (chopped)
  • 12-16 oz broccoli (chopped)
  • 4-5 carrots (sliced)
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • Sauce

  • 2 tbs ginger (chopped)
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup water (cold)
  • ¼ cup honey

    In a small bowl mix the Teriyaki sauce ingredients. If you are just making the sauce for future consumption follow this step otherwise follow the next paragraphs.
