"Steaks" With Caper Sauce

Ingredients
2 lbs
ground beef (chuck)
½ c
. evaporated milk
1
egg
1 tsp
salt
¼ tsp
pepper
¼ tsp
MSG
Caper Sauce
3 tbsps
butter
1 bottle capers (2 1/4-3 1/3-oz. bottle)
Instructions
Keep screen awake

Beat egg slightly; then mix with ground chuck, evaporated milk, salt, pepper, & MSG.

Without too much handling, shape mixture into 5 oval patties.

Broil patties for
12-mins
. 5-in. from heat. Turn & broil to desired doneness (about
8-mins
.). Place patties on warm platter & keep warm.

CAPER SAUCE: Drain capers. Melt butter; then stir in capers. Heat through.

Pour caper sauce over meat to serve.
