Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 packages chopped spinach
  • 1 stick butter
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

    Melt butter in medium saucepan, saute onions until tender. Add artichoke hearts and saute a few minutes. Add cream cheese, stir to melt. Add sour cream and parmesan cheese. Mix well. Add spinach and tabasco. Cook until heated through.

    Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
