Ingredients

  • Puff Pastry
  • 500 g ricotta
  • 500 g spinach (drained and cut)
  • 1 onion / spring onion (diced)

Instructions

Keep screen awake

    Combine all ingredients

    Spoon on to half of pastry sheets and roll. Brush with milk to seal

    Cook for at 200C for or until golden
