A great no bake cookie, more of a chew. Only 6 ingredients and very easy.

Ingredients

  • 1 c granulated sugar
  • 1 ⅓ c peanut butter chunky or smooth
  • 1 c plain corn syrup
  • 4 c special k cereal
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

Keep screen awake

    In 2 quart pan place sugar, peanut butter, corn syrup ,and salt. heat while stirring until it reaches a low bubbling simmer, add vanilla remove from heat. Pour hot mixture over 4 cups cereal in a large bowl. stir to combine. drop while warm by teaspoons onto parchment paper. let cool and serve.
