Sourdough sandwich loaf

Soft crusty sandwich bread loaf

Ingredients

  • 300 gr Warm water 90 degree
  • 500 gr Bread flour
  • 9 gr Salt
  • 70 gr Sourdough starter
  • 57 gr Melted butter
  • 25 gr Granulated sugar

Instructions

    Mix all ingredients until well blended and wet. Cover and let rest .

    Do 20 stretch and folds. Ball up and return to bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight. Pull out and place in a warm place until double.

    Lightly flour board, place dough onto board, platter out into a rectangle the length of your prepared bread pan, roll tightly into a loaf and place in a warm spot. When doubled bake at 375 until browned and internal temp of 200 degrees, pull and cool.
