Snow Pea Pork Medley

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps cornstarch
  • 3 tbsps soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts (drained, 8 oz)
  • 1 can bamboo shoots (drained, 8 oz)
  • 1 pkg frozen snow peas (6 oz)
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • ½ cup sliced onions
  • 2 cups sliced cooked pork tenderloin (¼ in thick)

    In a large microwave safe bowl, combine the cornstarch, soy sauce, bouillon, water and ginger until smooth.

    Cover and microwave on high for , stirring once.

    Add the water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, peas and onions.

    Cover and cook on high for or until vegetables are crisp tender, stirring occasionally.

    Stir in pork; cook longer or until heated through.

    Serve over rice.
