Ingredients

  • 2 sticks Butter ()
  • 1 ½ cups Sugar
  • 4 tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon

Instructions

    Cream butter and 1 1/2 cup sugar together.

    Add eggs one at a time.

    Sift 1/2 cup of flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt into a bowl. Then sift the other 1/2 cup of flour on top of it.

    Add the dry ingredients to the mixture a little at a time. Then add in the vanilla.

    Chill the dough for a few hours.

    Once the dough is chilled, preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

    Stir the cinnamon and 4 Tablespoons of sugar in a bowl. Roll the dough balls in this.
