- 2 tbsps cashew
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 tbsp melon seeds
- cardomom cinnamon bayleaf
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp dhania pdr
- 1 tsp red chilli pdr
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp kasoori methi
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp coriander
