Good on baked chicken and pork. Makes about 1 pound and last a long time in a sealed container. It has a little bite from the cayenne, feel free to increase the heat to your liking.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ c granulated table salt
  • ½ c chicken base powder (knorr)
  • ½ c paprika
  • 4 tbsps garlic powder
  • 4 tbsps onion powder
  • 2 tbsps turmeric
  • 5 tsps cornstarch
  • ½ c granulated sugar

Instructions

    Blend all together until thoroughly blended and keep in a sealed container, I refill my bottle in my spice rack from this and keep the remainder in a quart canning jar, Keeps indefinitely.
