Ingredients

  • 2 med per person Red potatoes (cut into ¼ bite size pices)
  • 1 TBS veg oil (drizzle over potatoes)
  • mrs dash garlic & herb seasoning (1-TBS sprinkled over potatoes)

    quarter potatoes into a bowl, now drizzle veg oil over the potatoes and toss to cover them all.now sprinkle Mrs dash garlic & herb seasoning & salt & pepper over the potatoes and toss to mix well.{ you can add more seasoning for a larger batch of potatoes and you can also add some fresh garlic about 1 clove= 1 teaspoon. now use a med to large frying pan depending on how much you are making, add vegetable oil to the bottom of your pan just enough to cover the bottom good now add potatoes mixture to hot oil cook on low heat and cover with a lid cook till soft,now turn up the heat and let brown, then drain oil and serve.
