Rice pudding
A delicious use of leftover white rice. good for dessert or a decadent saturday morning breakfast

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups Milk (separated)
- ⅓ cup white sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 Egg (Beaten)
- ⅔ cup raisins (or saskatoons, or currants, or...)
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp vanilla
