Ingredients
- 2 pounds squab (Available from D'Artagnan)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- ½ cup shallots peeled and minced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon powdered anatto seeds
- ¼ cup cilantro
- ⅛ cup minced chives
- 1 cup red Himalayan rice
