Good seasoning blend for baked potatoes. Makes 2 cups and keeps in freezer well.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz asiago or parmesan
  • ¾ c ap flour
  • 5 tbsps paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsps dehydrated minced onion
  • 2 tsps black pepper
  • 2 tbsps parsley flakes
  • 1 ½ tsps dry thyme
  • ¼ c salt

Instructions

    Cut cheese into small pieces and place in blender, Add remaining ingredients, Cover and blend on high until is all broke down to salt size. When ready to use, Defrost, Prep potatoes, Cut in any shape you want, Place potatoes in a bowl and coat generously with olive oil.

    Place oily potatoes on foil lined sheet pan and sprinkle heavily with seasoning blend, Bake at 400 degrees for about , They are done when browned and tender. Return seasoning to freezer.
