Emergency Breads stored in pint jars.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • 1 ½ tsps Powdered butter
  • 2 c Flour
  • 1 ½ tsps Yeast
  • ¾ c Warm water 100 degree

Instructions

    Place all ingredients except water in pint jar in order listed,wit yeast being added last. Tighten lid on jar and store in a cool dark dry place. When you need bread pour ingredients in a medium bowl add 3/4 cup of warm water to dry ingredients, mix until dough forms, knead for , place dough ball into an oiled bowl, cover and place in a warm place for , knock down and form a small loaf and place in a baking pan of your choice, let rise to double and bake at 350.
