Pineapple-Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • 3 cups baby carrots (or medium carrots quartered)
  • ½ cup pineapple spreadable fruit
  • 2 tbsps honey
  • 2 tbsps butter ot margarine

Instructions

    Place carrots and a small amount of water in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for or until crisp-tender.

    Drain. Set aside and keep warm. In another saucepan, bring the fruit , honey and butter to a boil. Drizzle over carrots; toss to cat
