A quick, tasty fresh salsa. Great for dipping tortilla chips. If you like it spicy feel free to add a couple of diced jalapenos.

Ingredients

  • 4 vine ripe tomatoes diced small
  • 1 med red onion diced fine
  • 1 lg fine diced bell or poblano pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 bunch fresh chopped cilantro
  • ¼ c lime juice
  • 1 ½ of 1 lemon juice

Instructions

Keep screen awake

    Combine everything in a medium bowl toss, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
