Ingredients: 1/3 cup chopped candy canes (buy candy cane bits); 36 Oreos, finely crushed; 8 oz. cream cheese; 16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted (you may need more or less chocolate)

Everyone seemed to like these at Christmas Eve and Christmas. They have a Christmasy look to them as well.

Ingredients

⅓ cup chopped candy canes (buy candy cane bits)
36 Oreos, finely crushed
8 oz cream cheese
16 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted (you may need more or less chocolate)

Instructions

Reserve 3 tbsp. chopped candy canes. Mix remaining candy with cream cheese and cookie crumbs until well blended.

Shape into 40 (1-inch) balls. Refrigerate .

Dip cookie balls in melted chocolate; place on wax paper- covered rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with reserved candy.

Refrigerate or until firm.
