Great cookies, no flour and they are the best peanut butter cookies ever, just don't try to ship them, they break up in the mail pretty bad, but otherwise a very good cookie.

Ingredients

2 c peanut butter
2 c granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsps baking soda
1 pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla

preheat oven to 350 degrees In a bowl mix peanut butter and sugar until smooth, Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth, Roll into 1 inch balls and place on a greased sheet pan, Space them some and press them with a fork to flatten them some, Bake at 350 for , Let cool on the pan then remove to a clean dish towel.
