Pan-Fried Gnocchi

You’ll need 10 minutes only to make these delicious, gold and crispy potato dumplings on the trail!

Ingredients

  • 1 handful Chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup Dried potato gnocchi
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Ghee or butter
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions

    At Home: Combine tomatoes, gnocchi, and oregano in a zip-lock bag Pack other ingredients separately

    Melt the ghee in a frying pan over medium heat
  • 3
    Add finely chopped garlic and fry until golden
  • 4
    Pour in sun-dried tomato and gnocchi mixture
  • 5
    Cook until dumplings are slightly brown and crispy
  • 6
    Season to taste with salt and pepper
  • 7
    Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan
