Pan-Fried Gnocchi

- 1 handful Chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup Dried potato gnocchi
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tbsp Ghee or butter
- 1 clove Garlic
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese grated
