Pan-Fried Description

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breast ()
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Mixed Herbs
  • 1 Dessert Spoon Plain Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar (Caster works best but dark or granulated will work to.)
  • ⅓ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Oil (Using a frying pan use enough oil to come ¼ to halfway up the chicken breast.)
  • 2 dessert spoon Bread crumbs (optional)

Instructions

Keep screen awake

    Flatten the chicken out with to 1/2 centimetre thickness
  • 2
    Mix the remaining ingredients to create a dry rub.

    Cover the chicken in the dry rub, and leave to rest.

    Heat the oil in the pan until it is simmering

    Place the chicken gentle in the pan and leave for . Keep your eyes on it as it may not take before it starts to burn. Turn over and cook for another

    Once cooked serve with chips.
