Pan-Fried Description
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breast ()
- 1 teaspoon Dried Mixed Herbs
- 1 Dessert Spoon Plain Flour
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Salt
- ½ teaspoon Sugar (Caster works best but dark or granulated will work to.)
- ⅓ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Oil (Using a frying pan use enough oil to come ¼ to halfway up the chicken breast.)
- 2 dessert spoon Bread crumbs (optional)
