⅓ c fresh orange juice
⅓ c honey
2 cloves fresh garlic diced fine
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsps ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tsps olive oil

Place all ingredients except orange slices in a gallon zip lock bag, Seal and refrigerate for . Pour chicken and marinade into a foil lined 9x13 cake pan, Place thin orange slices over chicken and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for to an or until chicken is done. Serve with steamed rice and stir-fry veggies. Can also be made with a whole cut up fryer.
