In a small sauce pan melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter on medium-low. Keep on burner until butter is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in vanilla.

Into large bowl put in cereal. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated.

Pour cereal mixture into 2-gallon re-sealable food-storage plastic bag.

Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
