2. coconut milk
3. unweetend condensed milk
4. the water
5. drops of foodcolouring

mix with a balloon whisk until the mixture is lumpfree
preheat the oven till 200°

1. line the cake pan with aluminiumfoil (bottom, top and sides)
2. grease the foil with melted coconutoil

1. divide the batter into the cake pans
2. cover the batter with more greased foil so that the foil is touching the batter

bake for on the middle shelf of your oven

1. let it cool for another hour
2. take off the top foil from the pan

1. dust a work surface with cornstarch (+sifted cacao powder) and invert the mochi onto the surface
2. very slowly and carefully peel off the other layer of foil and be carefull because it will try to stick

1. cut off the cursts around the edge of the mochi
2. cut the mochi into squares or triangles

dust on the bottom, top and sides some cornstarch with cacao powder
