Ingredients

  • 3 Cream Cheese (Blocks, room temp.)
  • 3 lbs Chopped Meat
  • 1 Mild Salsa (Tall Jar)
  • 3-4 cups Mexi Cheese (Shredded)
  • 1 Tortilla Chips

Instructions

    Using a rectangular glass dish sprayed with Pam, place the cream cheese blocks and then spread using a spoon until evenly coating entire bottom.

    Brown the chopped meat and then drain all the grease. Spread the chopped meat evenly over the top of the cream cheese.

    Spread the salsa evenly over the chopped meat. (You can use a medium or spicy salsa) if you like it spicy

    Then sprinkle the grated cheese over the salsa.

    Place in a preheated 350' oven for about till bubby and golden brown and serve with Tortilla chips.

    You can substitute Black beans for the chopped meat to make it vegetarian.
