Ingredients

  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice

Instructions

Keep screen awake

    Blend all ingredients together/
  • 2
    Grease a hot griddle; then pour out slightly less than 1/4-c. batter for each pancake.

    Cook till edges are dry; then turn & cook till golden.
