Mega Mexican Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 box Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ¼ tsp garlic
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 4 cups rice, cooked and cooled
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 pkg Mexican cheese
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Instructions

    Brown ground beef. In same pan, add taco seasoning, water, onion and garlic. Cook until onions are clear.

    In larger pan, melt Velveeta and Mexican cheese with tomato sauce. Once melted, add beef mixture. Let rest for or so to combine the flavors. Add chopped green onion and serve.

    Serve with tortilla chips or in a bread bowl.
