Maple Glaze
To really soak the flavor in, prick the pastry on which you're using the glaze a number of times before you pour on the glaze.

- ⅔ c. powdered sugar
- ⅓ c. milk
- 3 tbsps butter (unsalted)
- ½ tsp maple syrup (maple extract may also be used)
