Liver Sandwich Spread (Liver Canapé Spread)
This recipe makes about 1 1/2-c. of spread.

- 1 c. liver (cooked & ground [pork / beef / lamb / veal])
- 1 egg (hard-boiled & chopped)
- 3 tbsps celery (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsps onion (minced)
- 1 tsp mustard
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp MSG
- ¼ c. ketchup
