Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • ¾ c. milk
  • 1 c cheedar cheese
  • ½ c quick oats
  • ½ c. chopped onions
  • 1t. salt
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ⅔ c catsup
  • ½ c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 ½ t. mustard

Instructions

    in a bowl beat egg,add milk stir in cheese,oats salt.add hamburger and onions.shape into 8 loaves place in 13x9 baking dish.

    then combine catsup,brown sugar,mustard.spoon over meat loaves.
