Lip Smackin' Spareribs

Ingredients

  • 5 pounds pork sparerib
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt

Instructions

    Place spareribs in a large pot and add just enough water to cover them; boil ribs over medium-high heat , or until fork-tender.

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well.

    Place ribs in a large roasting pan and baste heavily with sauce. Bake , basting occasionally and turning once after . Remove ribs from pan and cut apart every 2 to 3 ribs for easier eating. Serve with remaining sauce.
