Ingredients

  • 680 g skinless, boneless chicken breast meat (cubed)
  • 30 ml red wine vinegar
  • 0.5 lime juiced
  • 4 g white sugar
  • 3 g salt
  • 1 g ground black pepperp
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 g dried oregano
  • 10 flour tortillas (6 inches)
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • 15 g shredded lettuce
  • 30 g shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 6 ml salsa

    Saute chicken in a medium saucepan over medium high heat for about . Add vinegar, lime juice, sugar, salt, pepper, green onion, garlic and oregano. Simmer for an extra .

    Heat an iron skillet over medium heat. Place a tortilla in the pan, warm, and turn over to heat the other side. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Serve lime chicken mixture in warm tortillas topped with tomato, lettuce, cheese and salsa.
