  • 3 GARLIC CLOVES (CHOPPED)
  • 1 SHALLOT CLOVE (CHOPPED)
  • 2 CUPS DRY GREEN LENTILS (RINSED)
  • 8 CUPS VEGETABLE BROTH (ORGANIC)
  • 14 ounces DICED TOMATOES (CANNED)
  • 1 BAY LEAF ()
  • 1 teaspoon DRIED THYME
  • 1 head SWISS OR RAINBOW CHARD (BITE-SIZE PIECES)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons RED WINE VINEGAR
  • 2 teaspoons SALT
  • 1 teaspoon BLACK GROUND PEPPER
  • 1 teaspoon GROUND CUMIN
  • 5 SQUIRTS LEMON JUICE
