- 3 GARLIC CLOVES (CHOPPED)
- 1 SHALLOT CLOVE (CHOPPED)
- 2 CUPS DRY GREEN LENTILS (RINSED)
- 8 CUPS VEGETABLE BROTH (ORGANIC)
- 14 ounces DICED TOMATOES (CANNED)
- 1 BAY LEAF ()
- 1 teaspoon DRIED THYME
- 1 head SWISS OR RAINBOW CHARD (BITE-SIZE PIECES)
- 1 ½ teaspoons RED WINE VINEGAR
- 2 teaspoons SALT
- 1 teaspoon BLACK GROUND PEPPER
- 1 teaspoon GROUND CUMIN
- 5 SQUIRTS LEMON JUICE
