Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake (duncan Hines)
  • 3 oz lemon or vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 tsp lemon extract
  • ⅓ c oil
  • 4 lg eggs
  • glaze
  • 3 oz pink lemonade concentrate thawed undiluted
  • powdered sugar

    Preheat oven to 325, grease and flour a bundt pan. In a large bowl mix extract, oil and whole eggs together, add cake mix and instant pudding, stir until blended and smooth. Pour into prepared bundt pan and bake at 325 for or until tooth pick comes out clean.

    While cake is baking make glaze, mix lemonade and enough powdered sugar to make a thick pourable glaze. When cake is done turn out onto a platter when it comes from the oven, Drizzle about 1/4 of the glaze over cake about every starting while cake is hot, repeat until all the glaze is gone, we like the cake cold from the refrigerator.
