Lemon Cheesecake Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ⅓ cup butter or margarine (melted)
  • 2 pkg cream cheese (softened 8 ozs.)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ozs.)
  • 2 ea. eggs
  • ½ cup Lemon juice

    In bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, and sugar.

    Add butter; mix well. Set aside 1/2.

    Press the remaining crumb mixture into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish.

    Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

    Add the milk eggs and lemon juice; beat until smooth.
